Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used across our entire organisation to track, review, approve, and pay expenses claims.
- Shows the progress of claims.
- Auto-detects and fills in purchase amounts from photos or scans of receipts.
- .User guides are clear and useful
- Very slow responsiveness.
- Not very user friendly intuitively.
- Forces more than is necessary - e.g. having to write a description for something self-explanatory.
I've only used the claims submission side - and from that perspective, it took substantially longer than equivalent methods of e.g. submitting an Excel claim form would have done. However, I can see how it will save time on the part of our finance team in terms of collating, processing and approving.
As a user, I much prefer filling out an Excel form - it's much quicker than Webexpenses. However, I can see how Webexpenses will be useful for the finance and back-office teams.
