Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) as our central repository for all marketing assets. Supports our website, sales team and customer needs for large file sharing and content.

Pros

  • functionality with videos to first screen capture
  • voc implementation

The best is onboarding with Theresa. Too many changes to our dedicated account manager and minimal proactive vs reactive solutions. We provide need through the point person and via the Acquia DAM (Widen) submittal with minimal response.
current asset sharing and building new website with the urls in Acquia DAM (Widen). Acquia DAM (Widen) better never go down or we are in trouble with no links.

This is my third company and things have slowed down since the acquisition with Aquia slower speeds for usage and needs to update small things to make larger impact.

Depends on the full Acquia integration if it continues to be slow and no improvements then I will look elsewhere.
