Usability

The platform is fairly easy to use, even for those who have never had website-building experience - tutorials and how-to's also help user understanding. The platform is not difficult to navigate and the features do as they should, most of the time. However, there are some creativity and functionality limitations if you don't have coding experience.

Alternatives Considered

Wix, Shopify and Squarespace

I have only used Shopify as an alternative website/e-commerce builder. Whilst Shopify has better functionality, particularly for an online store, WordPress has more capability to build a comprehensive website with large volumes of content and integrations with other platforms.

Security features allow site owners to maintain strict access controls, including providing custom login ability and permissions for those both internally and externally.
