Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is being used in our entire department as the main project managing tool. Wrike designed perfectly and can suit those who want to be highly organized in their job. It is completely web-based software, so you don't have to download anything. You can organize your projects and events easily within unlimited folders. The timeline tool is great for prioritizing and tracking your budget and your events.
- Easy to keep organized.
- Harmonized notification process.
- Document sharing is awesome.
- Could be more user-friendly.
- It will take time to adapt.
- Mobile version needs update.
- Wrike suits perfectly our organization.
- As I said it will take time for beginners.
- But you will never get stuck because they have a great customer care.
First of all others are designed for only small projects and events. I used to work with Basecamp and Trello in different time periods for my individual projects and in my previous job. They can't help you in large projects. The main problem is that they don't have the enormous tools or features which Wrike gives us. They can be useful for short-term and very small events, but in that case they don't have perfect time tracking or document collaboration and document sharing tools.
