Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I personally use Wrike so I have visibility of all open and closed client projects. I also open new jobs and assign tasks when our client assigns new projects.

Pros

  • Intuitive user interface - So much easier to use than the competition (Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Listen to feedback - A lot of SaaS companies ask for feedback but then never follow through, Wrike always does!
  • Makes me look good - I have recommended Wrike to clients. The Wrike team always goes above and beyond to earn my/our clients' trust.

  • Editing docs
  • Version history
  • Glitchy file uploads (intermittent, not all the time)
  • Saves time (and money)
  • ROI is demonstrable every year
  • Has made it easy to run our agency
  • Improved our client service
The interfaces of the other PM systems have way too many layers to get to what you need. Wrike allows you to easily get to what you need without having to dig around too much.

I love the fact that my PM team and I have complete control over task management. This helps keep everyone updated on project status, eliminates bottlenecks, and lessens any sort of miscommunication. It's so easy to use. I have had many team members tell me Wrike is the best PM system they have ever used. When a new team member is onboarded they get into Wrike and intuitively can find their way around, whether they are highly technical or not. I love that my team doesn't need five tools to do the work that Wrike does in one. Oh, and let's not forget Wrike's mobile app, it is so valuable to be able to use Wrike features on the go.
