Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Our organization uses Wrike for project timelines, communicating project status, and delivering final files to the next step. The scope of my use case is a daily task list and the completion of projects based on priority and due dates. Additionally, I communicate with stakeholders and reviewers, as well as upload the final files at the end of a project. I also review other designers' work to approve or reject it.
- Task lists
- Dashboards
- Comments (and the ability to edit them)
- The ability to edit a task
- In my opinion 'Wrike' is an awful name!
- Wrike has a confusing, onion-style layering system
- They should make the whole system more intuitive for new users
- Increased efficiency
- Increased communication/transparency
- Increased workflow
Ultimately, the choice between Wrike and Adobe Workfront will depend on the specific needs and requirements of your organization. If you are looking for a more comprehensive project management tool that includes features for team collaboration and integrations with other tools, Wrike might be the better fit. On the other hand, if you are primarily focused on project and resource planning, and are in the creative or marketing industry, Adobe Workfront might be the better choice.

Wrike Training
- No Training
Without training, Wrike is difficult to learn. With complex projects, there are many layers that can leave you wondering where you are in the project or whether you are commenting in the correct place. It took me some time to learn how to use Wrike confidently. As a new employee, I worried that I might miss a task or communicate incorrectly and disappoint the team unintentionally.
