I use it predominantly for rapid communications with colleagues who are in the design function. I use it to ask them to carry out tasks that need to be completed, namely the creation of documents, PDF files, websites, newsletters and other visual content. I think that it streamlines a lot of tasks, which I find very useful.

  • Updates could be more frequent
  • It could be more visual -- at the moment it's very content heavy

I think it's superb when it comes to passing tasks over to the right departments in the company. In terms of the work I do, it helps me liaise and communicate with the design team, who I need to work with closely. Also, my company operates in numerous territories and countries, so it is very handy.

Wrike a superior product in nearly every way. While Scoro is fairly simple to use and relatively straightforward to navigate, Wrike is a lot more convenient, engaging and intuitive. I would likely choose Wrike over any other similar product -- it does exactly what you want it to do, and then some.

  • Wrike is a Project Managers dream software!
  • While the "Forms" aspect of Wrike is amazing, there are some areas that could be improved. Specifically, we would like to see a feature where a user can save progress as they fill out a form. Some of our submission forms are lengthy. Having a save progress feature would allow users to come back to the form to finish filling it out at a later time should be become interrupted.
  • We use Wrike as an update submission report tool, allowing people outside of our Wrike platform to submit update requests for our website. Having the ability to respond to email addresses outside of our user base would be a great addition.
I would definitely recommend Wrike to everyone looking for a project management software. We looked at many and Wrike is a software that does it all. Wrike can be used for large projects with multiple tasks and timelines to small one off updates or projects. Everyone uses Wrike a little differently, the beauty of it is that anyone can adjust it to how they want to use it for their specific workflow.

  • Less emails, as all communication on a project is captured within the project on Wrike.
  • Better organized projects which flow much better than pre-Wrike.
  • During the pandemic and our entire team working from home, Wrike was a life saver. The team used it daily to keep track of tasks and projects.
  • Proofing and approvals of designs has saved us a lot of in person meeting time
Wrike takes the best of aspects of many project management systems and packages them into one. We chose Wrike for its ease of use, all in one project workflow from task management, task dependencies, file and video proofing and reporting features.

The Marketing & Communications team in our organization uses Wrike. The team includes writers, designers, web designers, video producers, project managers, brand managers, email marketers and leadership.

Mainly our project management team of 3 support Wrike for the department. Skills required involve solving workflow solutions for team members. Not everyone uses Wrike the same, so it requires thought and discussion on how each team plans to use the software and coming up with a solution that works best for them.
Other skills required are basic problem solving skills; knowing what questions to ask and how to solve basic issues in Wrike. Most of the issues that come to us are users unfamiliar with how the software works. On occasion, a note to Wrike support is needed to resolve a problem we are unable to answer.
  • Reporting on project status
  • Review/Approvals of designs
  • Ability to see the project in different views; List, Board, Table, Gantt
  • We are using Wrike as a support request submission, which we hadn't planned on using it for this when we signed on. It has helped us to save a lot of time and keep incoming requests organized.
  • Workload: We are not using this but it is something we have considered
  • Timesheets: Another item we aren't using but will be considering it in the future to keep track of time spent on projects
We absolutely love Wrike and will definitely be renewing. The software is easy to use and has been very easy to onboard new team members.
Yes
Wrike replaced Clarizen, which was our main project management software. Wrike had many more features and was far easier to use than Clarizen. The software had become outdated, didn't work on mobile and usage rate in the department was at around 10%.

We also replaced Trello. While Trello is a useful tool, we found a way to onboard users that were stuck using Trello and brought them over to Wrike. Wrike has similar views as Trello, so the transition was easy.
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
Features were huge for us in our decision to go with Wrike. Specifically, we liked the Review/Approval feature that Wrike offers. Most softwares didn't have this feature. We save a ton of time reviewing designs over Wrike rather than having meetings to discuss them.

The reporting feature is another feature that helped in our decision. Being able to drill down and report out on specified projects using custom fields was a big selling point and something we use on a daily basis.
We made the right decision by choosing Wrike. We had narrowed our decision down to a couple different softwares and I'm very pleased that we chose Wrike. Not only is it easy to use, our team adoption rate has been very high. Team members and management are very happy with the decision.
  • Implemented in-house

  • Learning and understanding the software
  • Carrying over projects from our previous software
  • Training all employees
  • Making Wrike work for our workflow
Wrike worked very closely with us during implementation. Training was intense but they were there to answer all questions throughout the implementation phase. They listened and provided solutions to all of our issues and questions. They also assisted with training our team, which was a huge step in why we have such a high current adoption rate.
  • Online training
  • in-person training
We initially had online training. A trainer took us through various training sessions where we learned about all of the tools Wrike provides. This alone allowed us to learn and set up the software and roll it out to our team. Later, a customer service rep stopped in for some one on one training which was extremely helpful.
Wrike online training was very helpful. The sessions were quick but they answered all of our follow up questions and we had many! By the time training was done, we felt confident that we could manage the software on our own. After installation and training was complete, we began using Wrike almost immediately.
Wrike can be used in many different ways. Each of our teams use it a little differently, which goes to show the flexibility the software allows. Wrike allows projects to be seen in various views. Some teams find it useful to see a project in list view, while others prefer seeing it in Gantt chart view.
We recommend coming up with a naming convention for projects. This will allow your team to better keep track of projects. We also recommend coming up with a folder structure, which will allow you to keep track of where projects are located within Wrike. Having a folder structure and naming convention were one of the first things we did during installation.
No - we have not done any customization to the interface
No - we have not done any custom code
We have not done any additional configuration or customization in Wrike. We have created new spaces for various teams who use things just a little bit differently. This has been helpful for leadership on the various teams to sort of customize their workspace based on how the team prefers to work.
Support is very responsive. From our initial training support to a year later when we have questions, the support team is very quick to respond and always with a recommendation or workaround if what we're asking isn't possible.
No. We haven't seen a need for premium support. Every question we have submitted we have had nearly an immediate response and most times a solution to our issue. Wrike support is very helpful and responds quicker than any software support team that I've used.
Yes
I reported a bug with attachments that I noticed after a recent update. The support team identified the bug, thanked me for reporting it and rolled out a solution within the day.
During installation, Wrike was there for us like a pair of training wheels on a bike. They worked side by side with us, answering all questions (and we had many) until we were set up and off and running on our own. I have never experienced a software company that worked so closely with us during installation and throughout the software launch. Without this close support, I don't think our team adoption would be where it is today.
Wrike is very easy to use. We have been onboarding new team members onto Wrike and many find that it is easy to pick up and run with. From regular users to collaborators, most everyone finds that the software is easy to learn and use. It has also taken over as our main communication tool. Many use it over email these days.
  • Creating and assigning tasks is very easy to use in Wrike
  • Building forms is a very straight forward process in Wrike
  • Adding users in Wrike is very easy to do
  • Creating new spaces and projects in Wrike is very easy to do
  • Creating Custom Fields is something that really takes learning and understanding to do but once you understand it, the skies the limit. They are super useful.
  • Creating complex submission forms can take some time and thought to build but once you have custom fields installed, forms can be extremely helpful
Yes
The mobile interface works very well for simply seeing new progress within a project or quick communication responses. Navigating to various projects can be a little cumbersome, but overall the app works wonderfully. It is nice to be able to check on the status of a project while on the go.
We appreciate that Wrike can be used in various ways for various teams. Within our department, various teams use the software a bit differently. Our content team prefers to see the view of their tasks and projects in board view, which looks very similar to Trello boards. This has been very helpful for them as they were used to using Trello prior to Wrike.
In the two years we have used Wrike, I can think of only one period where there were server/loading issues. We reported the issue to support and it was a known issue which was resolved in a matter of hours. The support team is very responsive and communicates issues and resolutions very well.
For the most part, Wrike works very well. Every so often, the Apple/Mac application can be slow to load. Sometimes it requires a refresh and it is working fine again. I have not figured out if it is the software or just a computer issue.

Wrike is used across our organization. We manage a wide variety of communications and programming processes on a daily basis, and Wrike helps us keep everything organized. It's easy to use when there are multiple people working together on a complicated project.
  • Communicating on a project.
  • Sharing proofs and comments.
  • Confirming project approval.
  • It's a little hard to figure out how to view and create reports.
I use Wrike to proof articles that I write. It's super easy to upload a Word doc, and then others can add their changes as comments into this document. When someone is out of the office, it's easy to jump into Wrike and see what the status of a project is. I also love the HTML editor.
  • Accessibility for in-office and remote work
  • Keeps projects organized and on time
  • Improves communication

Yes. We've been able to tweak the program to our organization's unique needs.
They've been able to help us work through bugs and challenges, and I feel Wrike is now custom tailored to our organization's workflow and needs. It was a lifesaver during the COVID-19 pandemic when staff was working remotely!
Took some getting used to at first, but once I learned the system, it is very easy and streamlined to use!
