Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I was assigned project through the Art Director As a workflow tool in my experience I found it very confusing as it generated too many of the alerts that did not pertain to me. I often had to inquire the meaning of the alert and identify the persons role in the system.I have used other systems with my clients that are far more user friendly. Also Found using words like "Rejected" is rather mean sounding - Revision Required is more motivating

Working with this as a design tool

One case in particular - I received a rejection notice and it was not for me but for the copywriter - I did not need to know this and I had to research why I was given the alert
