Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to effectively manage our email production stream. Since we have to pass each creative through 7+ people as we're working on it, we needed a software that would make it easy to know where a creative is at, the status of the project, and alert us directly when it's moved onto the next stage.
- Dashboards: Beautifully customizable, easy to see everything at a glance and organize by task status and type.
- Project management: There are a myriad of options for managing timelines and statuses (I love you, Gantt Charts!).
- Project reviews: Being able to send reviews to people outside of our organization is a lifesaver in email marketing.
- Being able to view projects and their statuses on dashboards, not just tasks -- sometimes it's hard to keep track of the bigger picture.
- Positive: Wrike has allowed us to maximize our potential from each employee per day by gathering data on how long each step of the process takes.
- Positive: Wrike has allowed us to streamline our processes and condense a month's worth of work into two weeks of time per each employee, getting us way ahead.
