Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike as a platform to communicate and receive jobs from one of our clients. I can certainly see the potential of this platform; however, I do feel ease of use could be better.

I'm not sure if this is due to the way our client uses the program or whether the program could be more intuitive; however, I do not find it easy to instantly find a status of jobs and the automation isn't as streamlined as I'd hope.

Pros

  • Connects us to multiple stakeholders
  • Has a wealth of functionality
  • Handy chat system on tasks

Cons

  • Automation bot does not always assign the correct stakeholder, it's still quite a manual process
  • For bigger projects, comments and review phases can often get confusing
  • It takes away from the personal side of our business, it all feels very transactional
  • We have received more jobs from our client through Wrike
  • We have been introduced to more stakeholders
We haven't, I feel the automation bot could do with some work to be more accurate. We sometimes don't receive notifications even when the next stage of a project is for us
As mentioned previously, I feel the functionality could be there to really streamline projects; however, I'm not sure if it's the way our client uses it or whether it's not being used to it's full potential, but larger projects can often become quite messy when multiple assets are being shared and multiple chats are taking place. If more than 2 review cycles take place it often gets complicated
We didn't select Wrike, but it is what we need to use for a certain client. I don't think the user interface is as aesthetically pleasing as some of these programmes. I.e. I think all our stakeholders would appreciate a more visually appealing project plan.

It does have the functionality to be quite large though, I see multiple of my clients teams using it so is a good central spot for all projects. I must say I prefer ClickUp and Float when used together though

Would you buy Wrike again?

No

It's suitable as it has allowed us to be introduced to multiple different stakeholders and given us many different jobs from our client that we otherwise wouldn't have received.

However, on large projects Wrike does not feel like the most streamlined option, chats/assets shared can get lost, and a more user friendly interface would be appraciated so it would be obvious where jobs are at a glance
