Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for planning marketing campaigns and operationalizing intake for requests — items like Target List builds within the CRM, Reporting needs tied to quarterly reporting, Creative requests for articles, landing pages, campaign setup, or similar types of service. We also track Account change requests and other pieces that relate to managing our data for marketing purposes.
Pros
- Intake forms for requests
- Custom fields for tracking desired KPIs
- Custom space setup to separate tasking for difference services
Cons
- Custom fields are nice, but they can be hard to setup and manage
- Would like to see more options for dynamic form setup on the custom forms
- Reporting dashboards are very simple, would like to see more sophisticated filtering mechanisms.
- Task management is simpler
- Cost effective when compared to other tools available
- Easy reference EOY to tasks completed is helpful for scaling resources
I have not used these features yet.
ClickUp does have nice features, and Asana used to be a much better interface. Frankly, Wrike can be a bit of a beast to administrate and setup more intricate pieces. The learning curve is steeper than something like ClickUp; but, it is cost effective and simply takes time to develop skills in. Once you put the energy into the tool it is great.
