Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to manage all of our projects, from simple flyer designs to website builds, from magazine workflows to marketing campaigns. It helps us streamline communication, allowing us to converse and offer feedback in one convenient platform. It also helps us keep each other accountable, since we know who is working on what at what point. If there's ever a question as to where we're at with a particular project, we just check Wrike!

Pros

  • Notifications of project updates
  • Workflow management and customization
  • Organization

Cons

  • Dashboard systems
  • Estimated effort
  • Notifications
  • Time savings for sure
  • Less stress, which means a happier team!
  • Streamlined processes
We've delved into the automation features, allowing certain statuses to automatically comment-tag a particular person and/or assign the project/task to them. We've also added automation to remind folks to add files to approval for certain statuses.

This automation has saved time, streamlined processes, and made the overall workflow of our projects and tasks much easier and less stressful!
I appreciate the workflows and automation, and especially how customizable they are to fit the needs of each particular type of task. Whether we're working on creative, our magazines, a marketing campaign, a website build, or something completely different, we have everything we need to ensure for a smooth process!
I've only ever used the above platforms more like a personal to-do list software, which is fine, but I'm not sure that they offer the same robust project management that Wrike does. Wrike makes it easy to shepherd a project through each stage, from inception to planning to execution, and all in one place.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is well-suited for projects that involve multiple people, teams, or departments. It's great for those bigger projects that change hands a lot, because it's easy to see where a project is at in its life cycle and to whom it belongs at any given point.

For smaller projects that really only involve a single person or a small team, it seems to be more effort than is needed. So, it might not be well-suited for a personal to-do list.
