Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

As a small company, we make it a point to squeeze every bit of value from the tools we use to run our business. While originally leveraged to assist with project management, we have been able to expand the use of Wrike to many other processes. Not only do we use Wrike to manage key projects, but also manage our innovation process, objective and key result tracking, management and tracking of our sales pursuit processes, and tracking and management of our field trials. While there may exist other niche software better suited for specific needs, the flexibility and customization of Wrike can support the administration of any process or work management framework.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Process Management
  • Customization
  • Dashboards and Reporting

Cons

  • Improved automation
  • Handle more complex data relationships
  • More flexible licensing
  • Improved efficiency in managing work processes
  • Improved collaboration and team dynamics
  • Ability to generate more accurate reporting for stakeholders
Wrike AI has been helpful in summarizing process of tasks and projects from multiple comments, as well as build out tasks and projects from project description and notes. These are the only feature of Wrike AI that I have used.
The workflow and automation are very good and appears to be always improving, but there are limits to what it can do. Specifically, when trying to impact or effect other objects in relation to the automation trigger - it cannot automate objects up or down the hierarchy
clean, aesthetic and straightforward. I really love Wrike's flexibility and customization.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Any scenario where simple work management or process management is required is a good fit for Wrike. Project management and work management processes are ideal. It is a system built for collaborative work processes with mostly straight-forward, parent-child relationships (e.g. Project to task to subtask). While Wrike can handle some complex relationships, highly complex or involved processes or relationships that require complex calculations of data or cannot fit hierarchically are less well suited.

Using Wrike

30 - Use of Wrike touches almost all functions with our organization. Executive management, R&D, Legal, Commercial Operations, and Technology.
1 - In the primary support role, skillset should be reasonably technical and understand process and systems. Otherwise, it is easy to get up to speed supporting basic administration of the system. While we have one person who is more IT savvy supporting Wrike, we have a handful of others that can handle most of the administrative activities in different areas of the business.
  • Commerical Pursuit
  • Project Management
  • Strategic Objectives and Key Results Tracking
  • Strategic Objectives
  • Commerical Pursuit
  • Field Trial Tracking
  • Strategic Portfolio Management
It works and is pervasive in our business. I cannot see a time when Wrike will not be useful in some capacity, even if we outgrow certain aspects of the system.
