Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I primarily use Wrike for project management, specifically for reviewing marketing emails. What starts as templates is then uploaded for review by different departments. There, said departments are able to provide edits for revisions, and I am then able to update accordingly. This is essentially the process, however, for not just marketing emails, but also much of what our marketing team does in terms of deliverables.

Pros

  • Notifications for updates via email
  • Understanding of what tasks are assigned to you
  • Tracking of revisions of whatever it is you have uploaded

Cons

  • More customization in how to view the dashboard, I am a very visual person so the idea of even having a way to look at at calendar would be so nice
  • The submitting and arranging of requests that then become tasks. Of course with time I understand how to create jobs from requests that are broken down into tasks but I feel like there could be an easier system then the one currently.
  • More customization in the UX, I know there are ways to edit themes and such but being able to change color of tasks, jobs and such would be useful for me as I am such a visual person and I love color coding things.
I think once you understand the workflow and how to create tasks it's great. The ability to copy and past from a templage is also soo helpful.
I think the usability of Wrike is far better than Airtable. I find Airtable to be intimidating to learn, whereas it was pretty easy for me to pick things up on Wrike.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

I have used many project management tools and do find Wrike to be the easiest to understand. Once you pass the curve of understanding tags and location and how to build jobs, it is quite a seamless process. I also appreciate visually how things for review can be edited and seen as someone who is constantly having their work edited.
