Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike for project management and collaboration across multiple teams within my organization. Use can be straightforward for a single deliverable or for a multi-phased campaign that requires many actions and assets delivered by multiple teams. Using Wrike keeps are projects tracked for historical reference and on schedule, given the clear milestones we can capture along with direct assignments.
Pros
- Manage timelines.
- Creative review.
- Track updates and comments.
Cons
- Blueprints can be tricky to replicate.
- More flexibility in separating followers, assignees within tasks and sub-tasks.
- Notifications settings.
- We are able to track rounds of revisions, which keeps teams accountable.
- Tracking delays in projects also helps to keep teams accountable and provides insight into slipping due dates.
I have used blueprints and automation, which help the overall workflow. Often, when you rely on manually tapping in the next step/person in the deliverable process, there are delays, which means critical lost time and action. Removing this step helps reduce downtime and keeps projects moving forward. With multiple projects and competing priorities, often the difference in delivering on time comes down to a matter of days.
Wrike is definitely more user-friendly than Workfront and more comprehensive than monday.
