Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Currently, we are using it to do all of our commission planning and payouts. We use it primarily for our sales team. We used to have another tool before that did not solve our commission's needs. We would use a lot of spreadsheets to get answers to our questions. This pretty much eliminated all of that.

- Increased efficiency.
- Allowed deal desk to focus on other things.
It allows us to set quotas better based on data and benchmarking.
We use it for sales planning, territory/quota planning. It has helped us tremendously when it comes to the automation of these things where we can easily pull data when needed.
Allows reps to see their own commissions.
Revenue ops helps implement and train the finance team on how to use the tool and how to be more efficient when it comes to paying out sales reps.
Much simpler and easier to use, better pricing compared to competition for what you get.
