Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

Zoho Analytics is an excellent business intelligence tool that helps connect with several databases, business applications, and custom apps and generate meaning. We can make a data-driven decision with this BI Tool. We use it to understand our analytics of mobile platforms and which functionalities are used by which mobile users and operating system combo. This helps us know what devices vs operating system combinations to test and support.

Pros

  • Excellent visuals and charts of the data that is uploaded.
  • Great integration capabilities with different data sources.
  • Excellent capability to integrate with enterprise apps as well as custom apps.

Cons

  • Product support and tutorials can be improved.
  • Improved mobile and AI support.
  • It has a positive ROI as business decisions can be made more quickly with this analytics tool.
Data can be easily added to the tool. Once added, it is stored in an Excel-like data format, making it very easy to access and use. Pivot tables, Charts, heat maps, and graphs can be easily created from the tool. The drag-and-drop functionality is also very well developed, making it very easy to understand and use the tool. Overall, it is a great BI tool.
This tool is highly scalable and does not get stuck at any point in time due to any feature or capability. We use it on a regular basis for our analytics. AI-based statistical analysis is growing and will require feature improvements overall.

Zoho Analytics has improved significantly over a period of time and does not have too many missing features. It is almost complete software.
