Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
We use Zoho to review enterprise request and support tickets from business and IT partners. The analytics derived from the reports is used to improve processes, steer decisions, and deliver continual service improvements. The IT organization would be ill equipped and unable to respond quickly to business needs without the ability to visualize work.
Pros
- Reports.
- Graphics.
- Email schedule.
Cons
- Better integration with ZOHO ServiceDesk Plus.
- Removal of data import delay (<15min).
- More flexibility in report building.
- Driven process improvements.
- Provided capacity insight for teams.
- Highlights volume and usage across enterprise.
We did not select any other products to compare. We chose Zoho Analytics for a few reasons:
- Ability to integrate with our Enterprise ticketing system (ServiceDesk Plus).
- Cost to operate was relatively low compared to similar products.
- Ability to integrate with [other] Zoho products (i.e. Projects) was a bonus.
