Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM platform across the whole organization, but mostly Zoho CRM is used by our marketing and sales teams. We use the platform to automate our sales and marketing processes, as well as to generate reports and analyze results. So far, we are pretty satisfied with this product.
- Google Adwords integration works pretty well
- Customer support is great
- Pricing is affordable
- The software sometimes doesn't work fast enough
- User Interface could be better
- Would be great to have more customizable reports
- We attracted lots of customers through Zoho
- HubSpot CRM and Pipedrive
We evaluated Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce and chose Zoho and HubSpot. Zoho CRM has all of the features that Salesforce and Pipedrive has, but is more affordable than Salesforce and has better UI than Pipedrive. HubSpot has more features for marketers than Zoho, so we use HubSpot for most of our marketing goals and Zoho CRM for both marketing and sales goals.
