Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
[Zoho CRM] was being used by an entire organization. It is meant to manage client relationships on a large scale for a world wide organization including a high volume of data and individual clients and accounts. This needed to address management issues along with direct and easy incorporation into the current and existing technology stack being used on a day to day basis.
- Truthfully do not have many pros
- Hard to set up and manage
- Difficult to integrate with basic marketing technology
- Lack of customer support
- Late support response times
Salesforce is king of all CRM's. I would never recommend not using Salesforce. Hubspot does have more integration features along with much more ease of use and much easier to manage on the back end and from an administrative standpoint. I would always recommend SFDC to anyone looking for a CRM software.

Overall this product is not easy to use, integrate or manage. I have used many different CRM platforms and I find this platform to cost a lot of time and stress trying to manage or integrate. There are many other options that will be a better purchase option, give a greater ROI and save your overall organization time in their day to day actions.
From the experience I had, the necessary and required support level for CRM platform was not present. SLA and response times did not liveup to the promised time frame and made it difficult to have quick solutions. There is not a lot of documentation that is helpful and help is not always provided in a timely manner for a software tool is so critical to businesses.
In this particular space of CRM's, there are many other options that will work at a much more effective level. I personally would not recommend [Zoho CRM] to anyone when there are other options out there that enable a much more efficient and effective tech stack, ease of integration and client management.
