Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

In my organisation, Zoho is being used as the tool for recording all client information. It is also a tool to communicate with the different departments of the company, as well as extracting reports so that we can see the progress made by each employee, team and the company against the clients that keep coming in.

Pros

  • Sales conversion.
  • Invoicing.

Cons

  • Report generation.
  • Analytics.
  • User interface.
  • It gives a good picture of accomplishments for a given time span.
  • It helps understand the interrelatedness of the tasks of different teams to the customer.
  • It helps in consolidating all information specific to the customer.
I think that it has great room for improvement. Given the correct updates and improvements, it can do so much more without making the users confused or not being too challenging to use. It also can provide good insights of what happens in the operational level so that managers can understand how their teams are performing.
Zoho CRM has a feel that it can be easily used by people even if they have no prior experience with using any kind of CRM in the past. Though there are many functions, it helps users integrate these functions easily and it can easily be customised per user which is a lot of help when users tend to be more visual and rely on their daily analytics to track progress.

Zoho is well-suited for lead management. It is a good repository for leads and lead information. It is also good repository for contacts and other accounts. Zoho, has the potential of becoming a good tool for reporting and analytics however, there are instances when it can be difficult to use.

Zoho CRM Support

Zoho support is actually great. It has a lot of updates and it has become more consistent in the past few months. Although there are still things that they can improve on with Zoho as a tool, the support makes everything you need to know readily available to the users.
