Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
In my organisation, Zoho is being used as the tool for recording all client information. It is also a tool to communicate with the different departments of the company, as well as extracting reports so that we can see the progress made by each employee, team and the company against the clients that keep coming in.

- It gives a good picture of accomplishments for a given time span.
- It helps understand the interrelatedness of the tasks of different teams to the customer.
- It helps in consolidating all information specific to the customer.
Zoho CRM has a feel that it can be easily used by people even if they have no prior experience with using any kind of CRM in the past. Though there are many functions, it helps users integrate these functions easily and it can easily be customised per user which is a lot of help when users tend to be more visual and rely on their daily analytics to track progress.
