Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho for managing our entire organization. We actively utilize the following modules: Books, CRM, Inventory, Campaigns, SalesIQ, and Expenses. The team at comvox.com is very pleased with most aspects of Zoho CRM. So much so that we actively recommend it to other small businesses with affiliate links on our website.
  • Keeps track of all contact info and communications with clients in the CRM.
  • Actively tracks inventory.
  • SalesIQ gives us insight into visitors to our website.
  • The modules are not always consistent in UX.
  • The path to what you need is not always the same from module to module.
  • Support is slow but comprehensive.
  • CRM - keeps our small team on the same page.
  • Inventory - advises on low inventory with alerts.
  • SalesIQ - manages our website chat features and analytics.
It is almost perfect. Sometimes a challenge getting used to how each module works with the others. The UI/UX differences between modules needs work.
We used QuickBooks prior to moving to Zoho CRM. The price and inflexibility of QB was the reason for looking elsewhere. I doubt we would ever go back to QB.

We find Zoho CRM to be outstanding for our B2B use cases. With 85 modules it can can be overwhelming to know where to start first. We recommend starting with CRM, mastering it, then moving on to your next most-needed module. Master each module before moving on to the next.
