Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is used for two use cases. First, it is used by all our sales team for B2B sales accounts and contact management. It is also used for lead generation tracking for a smaller B2C model of our business.

Previously, the team had no CRM and [used] paper tracking of incoming leads.

I was previously a Salesforce user but did and RFP process comparing features and price. In the end, Zoho had 99% of the feathers for 1/5th the price. They even had a better mobile app and a more appealing and modern responsive interface.

  • Integration with BI.
  • Solid API's.
  • Support (when technical).
  • Product cross sell.
  • Increased revenue.
  • Improved accountability.
  • Automated marketing.
Very easy to use including its mobile app. Modern designed UI that is responsive to the device you are using it from.
I've found it is very flexible but also not too confusing. It strikes a good balance.
Zoho wins on all levels. They are a enterprise class CRM for a fraction of the price.

Small or mid sized businesses will enjoy the product. Great bang for your buck! Larger organizations will dislike the integration with their own directory product, but it is a solid and well designed layout so push past those that are naysayers.
