Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM as well as other Zoho software to manage all of our leads, contacts, project management and communication, email marketing, notes and other various aspects related to projects and integrations. Zoho CRM is very easy to integrate into any website or lead capture source and then bring the lead into the sales funnel. They also offer a lot of other integrations and add-ons to customize to a specific need.
  • Easily integrates with web forms and lead captures.
  • Very powerful out of the gate but has abilities to add on as needed.
  • Extremely affordable compared to some of the other competitors out there.
  • The user interfaces do take some getting used to, but that's because they can do so much once you understand how things work.
  • The organization of client portals and users can be a little confusing.
  • Reduced lead qualification time.
  • Increased automation.
  • Increased project management efficiency.
It is capable of doing a lot so sometimes it takes some time to figure out how to accomplish specific tasks, but once you get comfortable with it it becomes more intuitive.
I believe it is just right. Every business is different and has different needs and Zoho has the flexibility and customizations available to make it work best for your business.

Great for any small to medium-sized business that doesn't have as large of a budget to work with but still needs the benefits and organization of a quality CRM system to bring leads through the sales funnel and keep track along the way. Customizations allow a business to tailor the system to their needs.
