We use Zoho CRM as well as other Zoho software to manage all of our leads, contacts, project management and communication, email marketing, notes and other various aspects related to projects and integrations. Zoho CRM is very easy to integrate into any website or lead capture source and then bring the lead into the sales funnel. They also offer a lot of other integrations and add-ons to customize to a specific need.

- The user interfaces do take some getting used to, but that's because they can do so much once you understand how things work.
