Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

The sales organization is using Zoho CRM and Analytics which has provided us with a cost-effective CRM system that gives our managers insights into sales activities while providing the sales representatives data at their fingertips, reducing time where they had to search or request data from other departments. CRM has been easy to integrate with our ERP and Quoting tool, giving our sales team 360-degree visibility of customers. They can now see contacts, meetings, prospects/customers, quotes and invoices all in one place- and even on their mobile apps.

Zoho CRM is very easy to use from both an administrator perspective as well as from a user perspective. Zoho CRM also has a mobile app that is easy to use, making it simple for sales reps to have all the data they need in the palm of their hands. Zoho has also launched a recent enhancement to allow additional enhancements to customize the interface and layout of the CRM.
Zoho CRM is easy to customize and configure- making it easy to integrate and control the fields that are visible or editable for users. Business users can do much of this themselves without IT technical resources. Zoho CRM, compared to other prominent CRMs, is very simple and fast to administer.
Our use of Dynamics implementation was overly customized to the point where it made the CRM too challenging for our sales team to use effectively. We needed to re-implement the tool without so much customization. However, this would be too expensive to move forward and the user interface was still a challenge for our salespeople. We needed a CRM that was not as expensive, shorter contract commitment time, simple to use, and with a mobile app. Zoho CRM met all those needs.

Zoho CRM is a great application for organizations looking for ways to connect customer and prospect information for their sales teams. It is also well-suited for tracking sales rep activities. Zoho CRM allows organizations to make ecosystems for a full 360-degree view of a customer or prospect. Zoho CRM also allows for lead routing and sales process tracking/follow-up.
