Zoho - the program to use
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use it on multiple levels for sales leads/tracking/closing. Managing projects, team members, and more. When new leads come in, we organize the information based on the result of the call if this is a lead pending or a lead that we just sold. We are able to onboard the client with Zoho getting them to sign an agreement and close the deal. Once the deal is closed we can move the client along to the account managers to onboard and service the client's requests.

Cons
- Hard to say as this has so many features already.
- The program can be overwhelming with all the options.
- For advanced features you need a Zoho expert.
- Helps manage sales.
- Sets up reminders so you don't forget to follow.
- Lets you close deals.
I would say it is just like robots with the ability to create forms, track activities on your site and manage the sales process. Though the interface is not the same, it has the same abilities at the end of the day. I prefer Zoho for the price and support they offer.
