Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use it on multiple levels for sales leads/tracking/closing. Managing projects, team members, and more. When new leads come in, we organize the information based on the result of the call if this is a lead pending or a lead that we just sold. We are able to onboard the client with Zoho getting them to sign an agreement and close the deal. Once the deal is closed we can move the client along to the account managers to onboard and service the client's requests.

  • Hard to say as this has so many features already.
  • The program can be overwhelming with all the options.
  • For advanced features you need a Zoho expert.

  • Sets up reminders so you don't forget to follow.

The program is great but does take time and repetition to remember where everything is. So many features and options mean so many more things to learn. Taking the time to learn is worth it and adding new features to help improve workflow and doing a/b testing with those as well is very important.
With the amount of support required I would say the price is okay, no one wants to pay a lot of money, but at the same time in order to expect great service, the company has to charge enough to bring on competent staff members. Overall I would say it is fair.
I would say it is just like robots with the ability to create forms, track activities on your site and manage the sales process. Though the interface is not the same, it has the same abilities at the end of the day. I prefer Zoho for the price and support they offer.

Overall workflow for managing new sales is very important. It is nice when a lead comes through that you can search in Zoho and confirm if they were an existing lead and if so, were they already assigned to a sales manager. This can prevent cross-selling and mistakes.
