Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM as our lead management tool. The call center mainly uses this to contact leads and manage the sales journey. We have it flow in from our ads, website, and from calls.
Pros
- It easily connected to our other systems such as our website and ads.
Cons
- They often give us duplicate clients.
- They will give us leads for people who did not select our products.
- It has taken a lot of time to train people on it and everyday they spend time trying to figure out problems with the system.
- Transferring ownership of leads is nice but I wish it would automatically transfer them if the original owner hasn't done anything with them in a certain amount of time.
- Axle and monday.com
We have only looked into other CRMs but Zoho is our first one. I think we chose it because of price not necessarily because it was better than any of the other options. It was our first CRM system so we didn't have anything to base it off of.
