Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We were looking for an end-to-end solution to
support and/or replace our legacy systems, streamline processes, and
prepare for the future. There are many options available in the market but preferred one vendor instead of a multitude of apps that had to be connected through automation that would
likely break at the most inopportune times. We were also looking for a product that allowed us to match
our tried-and-true processes instead of forcing us into other ways of doing
business that would increase training time and decrease adoption and usability. Our goal was to
automate the sales process that would automatically flow into a defined project management system to track over 25,000 projects per year through to billing and automatic payments once the
project was reviewed and completed.

Pros
- Fields and modules are very customizable allowing for significant growth and tracking.
- Excellent integration between apps.
- Pricing is very good.
Cons
- Daily and hourly limits on API calls force workarounds.
- Limits on field types and number of emails that can be sent each day don't line up with enterprise needs.
- Insufficient documentation at every level of the product.
- Box, DocuSign, Dropbox Business, eFileCabinet, Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales), HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM), Pipedrive, Salesforce.com, Sugar Sell (SugarCRM), Zendesk Sell (formerly Base CRM), LogMeIn Pro, Microsoft Project, monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet and Slack
Salesforce was too expensive at 3x the cost, not as customizable, couldn't meet our project needs and developers were +2x the cost. MS Dynamics, although customizable, was larger than our.
