Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I have used a number of different social media marketing platforms for enterprise use, personal platforms and agencies. Zoho Social is by far one of the easiest to use, implement and train other team members on. The reporting is flexible and scheduling is so easy. I'd recommend to any business marketing trying to find a tool to help them manage their time more efficiently.
  • Ease of use.
  • Reporting.
  • Not true community management, just private messaging and DMs. No comments.
  • Can't easily drag and drop posts in calendar view, but easily editable once opens, so this is manageable.
2 - Zoho Social is used nearly every day by the social media team. The reports generated from the platform are shared with leadership.
Zoho Social is so much easier to use than all the other platforms I've used.
Zoho Social is perfect for scheduling, reviewing and publishing content. Zoho Social is also perfect for reporting on social impact.
