Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Excellent, firstly enjoyed that i could trial the different levels to purchase, this puts a customer at ease. I was very familiar with Zoho Social from my other employment so it was an easy decision for me to purchase Zoho Social Premium. Love all the functionality and it allows me to be in full control of my conversions.

Zoho is by far the best, it is more intuitive and has more features per subscription than all the other competitors. Zoho's ability to merge with its sisters products allows you to have a more comprehensive system for your business. When i scale, i know that i will stick with Zoho and begin to use all the other products within the suite.

It is segmented which makes it easier to use. Because it has its own sections, it allows any individual, even those without a technical background such as myself to implement the various features within Zoho Social. I also really enjoy the visual analysis and representations you can get on Zoho through the graphs, etc. which always makes it more appealing and easier to read. Overall, the usability is transferable to a wider range of people
Have never used the support as yet but this is due to being the sole user for my small business. Once i scale, and i employ more members i know that i will begin to use that service.
Zoho Social has really helped me build my social media campaigns and marketing. I was in a familiar position of not receiving any likes and comments on my posts until i started using Social to understand my audience and what platforms were best suited to different styles of content. From then on i was able to see where my conversions were coming on, which led to tailoring my price points and increasing my revenue.
