It's great if you want to set up all of your client management so that you don't have to keep manually going through every step. It's so nice for me and my clients to have all of their forms streamlined and automated.
If you are a small service-based business owner looking for a CRM to automate your customer journey then this is for you. This platform is very customizable and can be really powerful once you set it up fully. This is like putting puzzle pieces together. First you need to setup all the pieces like scheduler, lead capture form, proposal, packages, invoices, contract and then setup the workflow automation. It will be helpful if you map your process in a mind-mapping tool first so it’s easy to see on high level what you need accomplished. This platform is not suitable for big companies or SaaS industry because the tagging system is not robust.

The built-in call scheduler is awesome! I can create various appointment schedulers with multiple availabilities, and collect payments right up front, too!
Dubsado also has a sweet Client Portal where my clients can login and see all their activity with me at a glance.
The email marketing platform is wonderful. It allows for tracking and you can do AB testing with it as well.
Landing page and form placement with other companies have also been easy. Regardless of website or landing page that you use the forms integrate and you get an email notification whenever a new lead is added to the database.
The overall layout of the CRM is also nice to use. You can open up different tabs with information on and then go back to a previous tab without having to use the browser controls. It makes navigating and comparing information very easy to do.
Prior to this I was using only Stripe for my invoices and I loved that I could see all of my recurring client payments under "subscriptions." There might be a way to do this in 17Hats, but I'm just not sure. I like to be able to quickly see all of my current clients at a glance.
It's been really great to use with my clients, but I cannot speak to setting it up as my VA handled all of that for me. I anticipate using it for a long time.
The support with Dubsado is outstanding! Always so helpful, prompt to answer and always understands the issue. It always feels like I have talking to an actual person behind the scenes

HoneyBook is not available for people outside USA & Canada. I haven’t used 17hats for a very long time but the user interface is pretty much the same
Soffront performs many of the same functions as both of these providers but it offers a great deal more all in one place. I do not have to log into different programs or switch programs to get the information that I need. This has greatly increased efficiency. The pricing for Soffront is also better when you add in the other features that it comes with, in fact it saved me money when I switched.
The software has been positive for especially on the email marketing side. I have seen about a 23% increase in revenue and new contacts by using the email marketing feature.
The landing page and form integration has averaged me about 20 new leads a month for my business which is plenty to keep us busy and on track for growth of the business.
