Overall Satisfaction with Dubsado

I use Dubsado to manage invoice, contracts, questionnaires, and feedback forms for my Graphic and Web Design Business.

Pros

  • Customizable fillable forms
  • White-label branding ability
  • Amazing customer service

Cons

  • Project tracking/workflows
  • Client portal could use improvement or additional features
  • Steep learning curve at first
  • Clients are excited to hire me because my onboarding process is so professional
  • Easy of use makes collecting payment from clients easy
  • Streamlined process allows me to charge more for my services
17 Hats was too complicated, not very visually appealing, and very expensive compared to Dubsado.
I would say it's best suited for small businesses (solo entrepreneurs or less than 10 employees) who work on a project basis.
