One application unifies the entire sales cycle from leads to collaborating with internal team members. Why use 3, 4, or 5 programs, just use one. Yes, it might not always be the fastest, but when you don't need to switch from one application to the next, in the end, you are saving some time.If you also use Google Drive, you can share files with this program too. If you also need to track time for projects or with clients, this has a time tracking feature too. The visuals in Bitrix24 are awesome, if you like to see projects, plans, team's tasks visually, this is for you!

Aside from letting you get to know your customer better, Zoho CRM is great for organizing the applications running in the business. Something that Zoho CRM did not do well was that it was focused on larger companies, but it has already been solved with Zoho Bigin. Maintaining an integration between both CRMs is excellent for more options

- Great reporting section, you can extract some really detailed reports of your leads and their status.
- User access control and 2-factor authentication are really easy to define and set up.

- It's user interface can use some work. Although it doesn't take as long as some other software to learn, there is still a bit of a learning curve when it comes to day to day usage.
- Bitrix offers a lot of features. It would be nice to have those features laid out in an easier-to-read layout, versus the long list at the side of the page.
- It's mobile app functionality is quite limited. It can be difficult to work with other team members, solely off of their mobile app.

- Reporting leaves a lot to be desired. It is difficult to set up reports exactly how we want them.

This application is a complete scam and way over priced for what you are getting. They are filled full of false advertising and false statements regarding integrations. They claim to integrate with quickbooks and they DO NOT. This software accomplished nothing but making our day to day lives more difficult and wasted months of our time attempting to build out.

In my overall experience, I would highly recommend Zoho CRM, though it lacks the feature of partial entries, still we used that for our non-profit organization. They have offered us a non-profit discount as well. Moreover, their support is good, and has dedicated employees to help the clients. From my experience, sometimes, we got the idiots, but overall the support is good. They have helped us in doing custom functionalities that other CRM providers don't do for free.

The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). Take it slowly and meet often with your team to solicit their feedback. Listen to what they are saying so that if something is not clear, you can address it before they turn on the CRM. Also, whatever system you were one previously will not match Zoho CRM which is both good and bad. It's good as I know Zoho CRM will be better than whatever you're been using. Bad because it will require change and how you did things in your old CRM may need to be modified a little when using Zoho CRM.

To be honest, we really like Zoho CRM but Salesforce was really good as well. It was just too big for us. Salesforce had too many options and too much going on. We couldn't get it all going properly and didn't enjoy using it like we do with Zoho. We also didn't get the same warm feeling with Salesforce as we do with Zoho. We have gotten better customer service with Zoho

- We had Zoho CRM early on when it wasn't quite as robust as it is now, so there have been vast improvements, which also puts us at a disadvantage for falling into old ways of doing things rather than exploring new ways that we always wanted in the beginning.
- One thing we were able to do is get rid of MailChimp and slowly migrate to Campaigns
- Eventually I would like to migrate Zoom to Meeting but it's just not quite there yet.
- Also, I do have to say going just from the CRM to Zoho One was a VAST improvement where many apps were available. At first, I was so disappointed in the CRM but with all the integrations it's been so much better!
