Most suited: Frequent duties can be automated. services can be improved by analyzing customer feedback. Load and Heavy tasks can be reduced. Less workforce is required. Less Suited: Specific product queries and their proper answers. When the user uses those words that are misspelled or have a long sentence it finds difficulty in giving them proper information.

Well Suited: If you are looking for a bot - - that is easy to build, that requires no IT person - that has competitive prices - that has a clean and easy reporting option, which can help the data analytics. Not Well Suited: Though it has Dialogflow integration, you cannot use it as a complete self-learning bot solution. If you are looking for a bot that is self-learning you have to go for IBM Watson Assistant/Dialogflow/SAP Conversational AI.

ZoomInfo chat is a very good tool for user engagement on the website and lead conversion. It's a very good tool that provides live chat, chat boat, and also a meeting scheduler so that customers can choose the preferred time to discuss with the sales team. It's very good for improving the productivity of the sales team and acquiring quality customers.

It is really great at integrations. We were able to plug in Slack without breaking a sweat. And it works really well with our other tools as well.
Implementation and setup was very easy and smooth. I actually anticipated it to be a lot bumpier but I was surprised at how quickly and smoothly it went.
They have a great support team too. Anytime we have gotten in touch with them, we have had a great experience.

Keywords Jump Feature: As a feature, it is good. But there is a scope of improvement that I see. In our Business, there are a lot of words that are similar for example Bearing/Bear ring/Bearing. So, at times the bot takes some time to find the exact keyword what the user wants and then route it accordingly. Most of the time, it does right, but at times it doesn't.

Since I deployed this solution end to end for my organisation, I would speak from my experience that since I was a newbie to this platform I took ample support from their team, their training resources. However, the product's UI/UX was simply very intuitive that it helped me to get a lot of hand-on practice on the product well. This helped me with the timely deployment of this solution.

This is the main feature, so they've designed it well with companies like mine in mind. It's fast, clean, efficient, and perfectly integrates with main Zoom sales products, which is something every single one of us uses. So the synergy was already on the table before we started. ChatBot is more stable and enhanced as compared to other rivals which are new in this segment and also provides a lot of details which is missing in other products like report etc. Also, chatBot is more commonly used so support wise it is also great and you can find multiple examples on the internet and from your peers as well.

Drift is quite pricey, on the cost part, Landbot was much better with almost similar features. Also, on the UI front, Landbot was a pretty decent tool compared with Drift or MobileMonkey. The usage was easy, the reporting was very easy to get. Considering all these parameters, we chose Landbot for our Organization.

It was quite simple to set up. We've tried a few different chat services on our website before, but the integration process is never as simple as the documentation suggests. Installing and configuring this, including integrating it to Slack, was actually quite simple.
