Chose Chorus by ZoomInfo
i prefer Chorus by ZoomInfo because it doesnt join the zoom meetings
We looked at Gong but went with Chorus by ZoomInfo because it felt more practical for our team. Gong has great analytics, but Chorus by ZoomInfo fit better into our existing tech stack and budget. The deal notifications, scorecards, and integrations with Zoom and Salesforce …
Zoominfo and gong are very similar, but gong is more focused on pipeline and deals whereas Chorus by ZoomInfo focuses more on the conversational intelligence
Chorus by ZoomInfo offers a balanced approach compared to these platforms. Against Salesloft, Chorus provides better conversation intelligence and AI-driven insights while Salesloft excels in cadence management. Versus Gong, Chorus delivers similar analytics with a more …
We were able to get a good pricing option because we have so many other solutions with Zoominfo, i think the team is still evaluating other options but it meets all teh current [...] needs at the moment. We are able to use transcripts to go above and beyond as sales people but …
We stayed with Chorus by ZoomInfo because of the superior way it recaps our calls. Depending on the length of the call and what is being discussed, Chorus by ZoomInfo will usually provide 10 key points in clear detail. When we used Gong, we were finding it was only providing …
It works well with the ability to find contacts as these are typically the ppl i engage and will then have on my own calls. Being able to find new contacts and then see how the interaction is with them has provided me with direction in deals and works well to get things moving …
We have evaluated Gong, but have yet to use it. Mainly, we are in a three year contract with ZoomInfo, and aren't able to remove one part of the contract in favor of another. Gong seems like a decent product, but I am unable to determine if it is better, worse, or the same as …
I used google analytics with Primerica. I payed for it myself to see how my team I was managing was holding up to other teams in the region. Chorus works so much better and if it would have been in my capability to use chorus I would have.
We prefer Gong compared to Chorus because it offers a more robust set of features, better integrations, more automated workflows, and world-class customer support.
Chorus.ai stacks up against Salesloft, Zoom, and Aircall because none of these tools provide a way to analyze what occurred during the meeting or create a transcript that prevents you from having to take notes.
I know our director has evaluated Chorus.ai and Gong before opting to work with Chorus.ai, but I am not sure what was it that made him decide to go with Chorus.ai and not with Gong.
We found that MindTickle was more flexible in the types of material it allowed us to generate and include, including click-through training and videos that guide users through the training. Additionally, we found that the interface was easier for our client-facing teams to use …
I've used Showpad at my previous employment. MindTickle was easier for me to understand and navigate through the platform. The biggest advantage is the ability to find relevant materials to dive into. Also, it's great that everything, from onboarding to further development, is …
When compared to Highspot, I found Mindtickle to be much easier to navigate. The UI is way cleaner and intuitve. The capabilties are relatviely the same. Overall I certaily prefer Mindtickle. The one thing I will give to Highspot is that their analytic capabilities (especially …
Mindtickle is superior to Saleshood as Mindtickle has intelligence and makes prescriptive recommendations. Saleshood is only a content management system.
MindTickle has enlightened our minds and thinking point of view, now I collaborate with top sales personalities via this platform and arranging the coaching sessions for my team this tool has helped me to up bring my sales effectively approach as numerous business to business …
I have not used anything like MindTickle. If anything, we used old training videos by Joe Verde or Grant Cardone. I disliked watching a guy lecture me through a screen.
Overall, I have not used other software like MindtTckle, but I believe that my company chose them because they are effective in what they do. The software is extremely user-friendly, and provides an experience that is useful and productive. I would recommend this to anyone or …
MindTickle is definitely more interactive to the individual user, but this train is a bit different in the style of which learning was conducted. Staples, for instance, is a larger company with the resources for learning and development. The teaching style for Staples was more …
I haven’t explored the above-listed products, but the kind of advantage on user experience and diversified solutions on one platform made the decision easier to choose among platforms. On the whole, MindTickle gives you value for money. None of our users have faced any major …
The only thing I've used like MindTickle has been Canvas from Instructure. I used this in college as my learning platform, and I think that Canvas has a better overall design and functionality. However, in a corporate setting, MindTickle makes sense. Going back to my earlier …
MT lets us customize our material, content, and delivery. Some of the others are for areas of content where we are not experts. And we use them to fill the gaps.
I used SalesHood at a previous organization. We had personalized trainings from the CEO. The platform was easy-to-use, and great for housing trainings for later review. MindTickle seems to have some more integrations, but the format is simple and it is a bit clunky to use. …
Mindtickle does everything. They're a jack of all trades. This means that they aren't particularly strong in one aspect, but they provide all the features we need. This means we don't have to have several different systems to accomplish what we do.
One scenario where Chorus by ZoomInfo is well suited is when our team is trying to identify patterns (common objections, frequent competitor mentions, concerns that clients raise). ZoomInfo offers trend analysis, market intelligence, and topic tracking that reveals patterns across conversations. This has allowed us to adapt and update our processes to address these patterns
Mindtickle is a solid LMS for any sales team, and really any team within an organization that needs to provide lms type courses for their teams (both during the onboarding process and for any ongoing training/attestations as time goes on). It is easy to create tailored/relevant courses, and it is simple for users to navigate. All in all I can't think of anything I dislike about this application. It has a broad use case and is extremely scaleable.
MindTickle is very well organized, the user interface is easy to read and navigate. This is important because it is very friendly towards both tech-savvy individuals and non-technical individuals.
The viewable points on MindTickle helps boost individuals who are competitive and does well to inform users of how they stack up against their fellow peers.
It's hard for me to give anything more than a 5 at this point. The primary reason is that we have only used it for a few months and I'm still getting a feel for the level of value it provides both to me and the team. In 4 or 5 months I'll have a better understanding of its value long term
This was sold internally as something that would help us be more efficient. I had high hopes that the speech-to-text feature would be useful for getting call notes/next steps, etc documented. But due to the limitations of the software, these things would take longer using Chorus than if I just write things down manually - disappointing.
The platform is very easy to use, and for new users is very easy to get familiar with. This is great, as it makes it easy to get through all the materials you need. For people who have been with the organisation longer, it is easy to find new material to strengthen their skills and develop themselves.
I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.
I guess it would be great. I have not needed to utilize the customer support team since I have been using the MindTickle platform. I would say that a good thing. But on the flip side, I am just one user. I would imagine people who are actually putting in the content deal with customer support more regularly for any issues on how the product is operating.
Like I noted in the other category, it has been smooth for the most part. But we really do enjoy the hard work of our CSM and everything he has been able to provide us in terms of support.
We looked at Gong but went with Chorus by ZoomInfo because it felt more practical for our team. Gong has great analytics, but Chorus by ZoomInfo fit better into our existing tech stack and budget. The deal notifications, scorecards, and integrations with Zoom and Salesforce made it the smarter pick. Overall, Chorus by ZoomInfo gives us the insights we need without feeling like overkill or another heavy lift.
We found that MindTickle was more flexible in the types of material it allowed us to generate and include, including click-through training and videos that guide users through the training. Additionally, we found that the interface was easier for our client-facing teams to use than the other options listed, which could be complicated.
This platform has helped to modify my already designed sales system and strategies that we were already working on; because this tool equips me with the necessary data that has maximized my team’s skills and enabled me to host the event online thus saving my time.
This tool has brought us closer and we have enhanced the productivity.
