When users engage with our website and request any information, it immediately notifies them. Large numbers of workloads and customer data can be stored in the secure database that is offered. The sales and marketing team can enhance and better understand customer difficulties thanks to data insights obtained from our marketing websites. When we encounter a difficulty, the SAP customer care team is there to support us and responds quickly when assistance is required.

  • Claritysoft is a low-cost solution for smaller companies to be able to keep up with leads and customers.
  • It also is great for having one depository for quotes and opportunities you and your company are working on.
  • The marketing function seems to also work really well for sending out and tracking email campaigns.

  • Seamless Integrations with SAP ERP which makes it much more robust and powerful in managing all our marketing strategies.
  • Periodic upgrade of features like sales advice, sales estimation, and sales facilitation, based on my organisation demands. Which makes this tool very effective and robust.
  • Helps us to break down information silos to understand customers issues and discover new opportunities to nurture our customers relationship.

  • Needs to have the ability to be able to change accounts, opportunities, leads, and contacts over to another rep without having to go into each field separately--this is extremely time-consuming.
  • Would like to see each page be able to bring up more then 100 clients at a time.

  • The standard visit management capabilities have room for improvement, although SAP is providing an add-on for this particular case.
  • The system is full of functionalities that can be a little too much when using the system for the first time.
  • The personalization mode is not really intuitive and could use a better user interface.

    In terms of overall usability, SAP Sales Cloud can initially be a hectic task to get acquainted with the platform but the dashboard is quite intuitive and easy to navigate. Although, there should be more training modules that can help new employees to get on board with the platform easily.

    I'm rating it a 7 right now but, a year ago, it would have been 10. Customer service had deteriorated since they moved to SAP umbrella. No information about acquisition/transition. Our CSM, RSM all are no longer a part of this new group and support queries take weeks to close

    Claritysoft's emails are much easier to use since Salesforce is in the middle of switching from Classic to Lightning. Also, Salesforce does not have a native group edit option. Claritysoft is much more data driven and you can use all functions of Excel to customize reports. However, Claritysoft does not have as many third-party add-on options compared to Salesforce's app exchange.

    Sugar Sell was our last choice but we were spending a lot on training the talent. Eventually, we decided to go with SAP sales cloud because it was easily scalable and you can easily find people with working experience with the product

    The biggest plus point with SAP Sales cloud is that it is accessible irrespective of the geography and devices and other such complexities. One can monitor their processes from anywhere which makes it ideal for large organizations that are looking for innovative on cloud solutions. It certainly saves major costs and results in smooth transfer of information which gives agility to the entire process.

    • Our previous application did not offer the data details that recently became oftenly asked for by our client. This would cause long waits to build out reporting function via a supportive application. With Claritysoft, we have been able to build internally, reports asked for by the client, as well as offer other reports our client had not thought of. It's ROI is continues to grow week to week it seems.
    • The interaction with the Outlook client in our environment has been less than impressive, but that may be indicative of the parameters and not the fault of the application.
    • Setting up accounts, laying permissions and roles, has been a night and day, positive change, compared to our predecessor.
