Sales Intelligence Email Features
Comparison of Sales Intelligence Email Features features of Product A and Product B
Sales automation is the most suited use case of Clay. You could generate GTM motions that are auto triggered by the signals, so you could actually create workflows that are triggered on specific signals. For example, a company gets new funding, you can reach out to the company within in a matter of minutes and you can track a lot of news that's happening on Google or using RSS feeds. You can patch that news into Clay and then manipulate that and get insights out of it. The second best use case is the data enrichment or data cleanup. Usually companies have CRMs with messy data. You can import that. Clay has native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Marketo, and you can import those lists into Clay and then clean the data, enrich the data, and then push that forward, update the data in the CRMs. That's the second best use case that I use it for and would recommend it for.
I give Lead Fuze an excellent rating because the double-checking feature for email addresses makes it so you don't have to purchase additional software and you don't have to worry about emails bouncing back from old, wrong emails like some other lead scrapers do. You can scrape 1000 quality leads in about 1 day and feed them directly into your cold emailing software like High Level, Woodpecker, Active Campaign, etc.
UpLead is well suited for environments where there is a lot of accurate contact information to research mainly generating sales for a business. On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.
Pros, I think there are a lot of pros, so I mentioned a couple of them already, so being able to use different data providers. I think being able to massage the data, I call it a data orchestration where I can get different points of inputs of data. I can throw everything in Clay and then I can make all the changes before I use them for campaigns, for email, for LinkedIn, for whatever reason I'm going to use my data, but it's really easy to enrich, it's really easy to do research. It's really easy to build agents that tie to each row in your dataset, like there are a lot of things that you could use it for that are huge pros.
I really like the 'no nonsense' interface and simplicity of LeadFuse. As a digital marketing agency, I also really like the AdWords budget filter... This is great! I can target prospects who are already spending at least 'X' amount of money on paid ads, so I have a basic idea of their budget before I even approach them. This avoids the 'what's your budget' question evasiveness that prospects often give. I can tell them I already know how much they are spending on PPC and cut through the BS.
I also like the 'technology used' filter. Since we work primarily with Wordpress, I can target prospects NOT using WordPress and pitch web design in a more meaningful way. Or, conversely, I can target ONLY companies using WordPress.
Finally, I like the semi-automation feature. I can have FuseBot pull down 100 new leads based on my criteria every Monday and, before I dump them into my automated email outreach/nurture campaign, I can glance over them and make sure the all look ok (admittedly, sometimes there are some weird strays in the results that are not in the geography or industry I'm looking for, so I can skip those).
UpLead is one of the best B2B platforms available in the market which deals in offering the highest quality contacts and different companies’ data.
It has the best and updated real-time email verification, having contacts worldwide, technology tracking, account-based marketing, and robust API.
The integration of UpLead with other platforms is up to the mark. It allows users to integrate UpLead with other renowned software to have the best possible workspace to work on.
A max column limit. I run into the column limit all the time and kind of have to figure out using multiple tables. Just bugs really. I mean if you start getting too crazy on it, I feel like takes a long time. You can't really identify that it's working or if it's not. So that kind of slows things down a little bit.
More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.
The software is well suited in lead scoring and workflows management. Product reliability in customer outreach management and segmentation. The product is worth it from pricing to quality ecommerce services and automation of processes.
I think it's actually before the launches today, I would say eight, but after they launch, what's the name of the product? I dunno if it was the web intent or the sculpture. 10, because I think that the sculpture was the missing part of plates till now.
LeadFuze is super easy to get going and start to work with. There are videos to walk you through it but all you have to do is fill out the form that tells the system what kind of leads you're looking for and you're good to go - it does the rest of the work for you!
The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. I'm thankful that such an incredible service exists at such a fair and reasonable price, thank you for the value that you provide your customers and thank you for making me a very successful salesman and wealthier man
Very poor again. I booked 3 demonstrations with them, the first failed to support due to tech issues, the second one failed to arrive for the meeting, as did the third meeting arranged. I had difficulty trying to find anywhere to engage online with them, so the customer experience is very low down in my opinion.
Honestly, not really any alternatives. I would find it really difficult to think of an alternative because if you have the right pick, basically the cost of switching for me is just too much to look further. So I'm really happy with what I'm getting for my money basically. I haven't really tried any alternatives. I wouldn't even know any alternatives to be honest.
LeadFuze has more filters than other software I've been using such as FindThatLead and Snovio and that gives me the chance to drill down even further into specific niches. Also, the system is really more user friendly and simple to use even more than other software I used in the past.
UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.
When I ran something by accident and I can stop it, it consumes credits
Sometimes I think the integrations are running and digging into the table I realized it stopped running without noticing and it delayed my daily send quota
Positive: is the first time I can do data research this fast and accurate
We have been able to reduce PPC spend and spend a fraction of that with LeadFuze. We are producing leads and a reasonable percentage is converting into orders and long term clients. Can't beat that.
We now spend less time chasing and generating leads. LeadFuze does all the heavy lifting and we have more time to build the business.
We have obtained several larger, long term clients from being able to get in front of them due to LeadFuze. LeadFuze helps us make that initial contact....the rest is up to us. That is the way it should be and the way I like it.
I haven't been using UpLead long but I have generated interest in our company with several large accounts. Each one of them can add several million in revenue to our company.
A huge time saver is to be able to send out email blasts to potential clients I've downloaded from UpLead.
Securing any one of the prospects I'm working on through UpLead can easily pay for the investment 10 times over.
Most of the salespeople in our company are asking me where I'm getting my leads from.
