ClearCompany will hold your hand and help you every step of the way to becoming just that! This platform is the best option to consider for those companies that constantly recruit new employees, since it has a functionality to monitor the performance of these new candidates, in addition, it allows to know if these new employees are fulfilling their activities, Deltek monitors fulfilling assignments on a daily basis.Deltek collects data in real time about the tasks performed by employees, performs an automated process to highlight employees who are performing better in their assignments, in addition, it has an excellent compensation system, capable of providing recognitions, certifications and labor bonuses to encourage "top" employees to continue performing their activities. I definitely recommend it for any company, it adapts quickly, it is easy to use and its panel is very simple.

- Real-time updates shared across the software with remote users. It allows us to effectively manage and track candidates workflows and status within the onboarding process. This helps us effectively communicate and keep hooks in the candidate without having them fall through the cracks.
- ClearCompany is able to customize and report to fit our company. We are in a particular industry where our time to fill, hiring costs and other metrics vary from time to time. In order to get an accurate report, ClearCompany has gone above and beyond to customize our reports and give us the data we need with a click of a button.
- ClearCompany is always in constant communication and willing to assist. The feedback from the support team is almost instantaneous. I have the direct number to my customer care agent and her manager as well. It's nice to know they are there to help at a moment's notice. The support team has a great chat feature that allows me to send a message while i'm on the phone. They are quick to respond and always friendly.

No comparison. It's apples to oranges when comparing. Clear Company is well-rounded and willing to collaborate to make it right for each company. Most other platforms make you adapt to the product they think is best without individual company needs in mind.

We selected HRSmart at the time because they were the leading up and coming company offering a multi-functional talent management platform on one underlying database. The value proposition was that we were supposed to only have one integration between HRIS and HRSmart.The reality was that the systems weren't as integrated as billed. Compensation was a separate module with separate interfaces and pre-hire didn't talk to post hire very well. We later learned that all clients were on different versions of the software and since then almost all other companies have built true multi-tenant SaaS platforms and offer a much better integrated value proposition.

- ClearCompany has some helpful options our company has utilized, but overall it has been very hard to get past some of the user interfaces that aren't functional or getting speedy responses when something isn't operational.
- ClearCompany has custom reports that help us strategize our recruitment efforts, but we have had many instances where the reports do not pull data from the system which has lead to confusion or decisions being made with incomplete information.
- ClearCompany has multiple avenues to contact them or get help, but they are not always effective because of the completion time frame varies.

- Absolutely improved our candidate managemenr capability. Before we simply had three piles of resumes on our desk for each position (yes, no, and not yet reviewed). HRSmart changed all of that.
- Our cost per hire was positively affected. We were hiring at a high volume and this soltion facilitated us doing that very efficiently.
- Our ability to share candidates across open positions turned out to be a huge plus.
- Not having to copy or scan resumes and send them via interoffice mail was HUGE in terms of efficiency gain.
- HRSmart made it easier for candidates to apply for openings and that increased our applicant flow for open/posted positions. This translates into better hires in the end.
