ON24 works well for customer engagement and for demonstrating the WOW factor for the audience. It does not work as well for when you want to be able to have a bit more of a 2-way conversation. It would be great to be able to unmute members of the audience when required.

- Professional Live Interface - One of the reasons we chose ClickMeeting was how professional it looked from the viewer's experience. Our client is very small, but the interface makes them look like a top-notch firm to viewers.
- Customization - Our client didn't have to forego their brand for a service, they were able to make it work for them. Also ties in with my point above.
- Easy Event Creation - Takes no time at all to plan/schedule an event or meeting.

- Engagement tools like Q&A, Resource List, and Speaker Bios allow the opportunity for attendees to connect with speakers, access more information, and get real-time answers to their questions. The features are very easy to use.
- The ability to have multiple presenters in control of the webinar is a great feature. No more "passing the ball" or controls between presenters or needing to hear a presenter say "next slide" each time they want to advance their presentation.
- ON24 allows users to seamlessly show slides, video clips and screen shares.

- As with most new software, ClickMeeting did create a learning curve for many of the employees - thus training was necessary.
- Our company is contracted by the Federal Government, thus a lot of our information needs to be kept private. Some of our high-level management have noticed that ClickMeeting only provides 128-bit AES encryption, which we feel can be improved upon.
- Some of our remote users have found that ClickMeeting has some lag-time when using it on their android devices.

The integration to our CRM makes ON24 major lead generator for our sales team from our established webinars series. We can automate lead delivery to our sales team as well. If anything, we will look to expand our partnership in the future.

Because the most needed functions are very effective and easy to use, there are some minor functions that might work better. The big problem is the quality of presentations because it is often lost during sharing it via ClickMeeting when they are settled in CM's memory. The minor problem is the fact that messages coming from the ClickMeeting are looking a bit like spam.

On24 is definitely good for beginner/intermediate users. It does fall short if you want to get into anything more advanced and custom, as the CSS can frequently break other aspects of the platform. While I understand, they don't want to make it too complicated and scare off novice users, they really need to implement and advanced mode for more advanced users

Loading depends on how large the files in the webinar for us - sometimes it takes up to an hour to upload and that impacts the loading when the webcast is playing. Overall I'm happy with the performance, however if integrated with other systems it does tend to slow down the process

Support on technical features is overall good. Sales support is fast when it comes to upgrades or new customers, but once you are a customer, [I believe] the support is bad to non-existent. [In my experience] after-sales support is really below standard.

The event support for critical issues is night and day better than other providers. If I have a live event issue, I can reach a person instantly and they are equipped to resolve the problem. With other providers, it was waiting on hold for someone to read me the support documentation that I could read myself. On24 really delivers on customer service in all areas of the platform.

On24 has amazing ON-Demand trainings that you can use at anytime and they walk you through step by step on different topics/ they are always updating and innovating and putting out new trainings. I would highly reccomend the trainings and reading the documents they have created. They also do live webinars on a rolling basis that are filled with so much knowledge and Information

But the case was the opposite for Bluejeans as I haven't found it effective because of low-quality audio and video and the price was also not favorable for us.

I appreciate that ON24 makes it easy to clone and replay events. This helps with an international audience and when you want to host an event a few times. I wish that ON24 allowed you to clone programs between instances (ie from the North America instance to the International one).
