CloudTalk

CloudTalk is great for making calls and receiving them, while doing different tasks. It is easy to see the incoming call and to answer them. As well as the call quality is high. It is really suited to be used in customer service, when many clients are calling. Sometimes if a client can not pick up the phone, the SMS option can be a great help to send the information and to receive from the client the information back

Nextiva is a solid performer with reliable service, good features, and a flexible and scalable framework. It is ideal for small to mid-size businesses and may even work for larger enterprises, depending on your needs. It performs well for mobile, desk and conference and offers a lot of options for growing.

  • Our teams are located in three different countries. This includes Administration, Customers Support, Technical Support, and Sales. All of us have an internal number reachable from any mobile or laptop.
  • Looking for the internal directory and dialing a three digit number is very easy. We communicate with workers in different countries as we where in the same building
  • User-friendly application with availability indicator, call settings, and personal preferences.

  • The service is unusable right now because it's always down. CloudTalk has oversold their service to too many customers on too few servers (as admitted on an email from their CEO to all their customers). We've lost all functionality for days - crippling our customer support team

Nextiva Business Phone Service

  • I would love to see more analytics about how I am using the tool delivered to my inbox weekly. Currently, I have to log in to see stats and dig through links to find what I am looking for. Not a dire necessity, but would like to see that.
  • Sometimes where to upload audio files (like for the call attendant) are confusing - I had to contact customer support each time I wanted to do this and it's still something I'd have to call them about again.

I must say that the flexibility of this tool is amazing. I can see all the necessary details about the calls and available agents at one place, including reports, SLAs and other metrics I need to work with. The interface has a very nice modern design, which is easy to use and very intuitive.

They are skilled, experienced, and anytime I need something and contact the support time, I get the right person who understands my needs and reacts to them accordingly. So far I was only pleasantly surprised by the level of support these guys provide and coming from a customer service oriented background myself, I can only say keep it up guys, you are doing a fantastic job!

I think Nextiva is a great tool for what we use it for. It is used for tracking time and used also in our bonus structure to make sure we have the specified amount of talk time. I really enjoy this application and everything that it is used for within our company. There's not a whole lot I can say about it other than it is a really neat tool.

Aircall is really expensive for the same functionality and Freshcaller was just impossible to work with and really bad service. Both also don't have a good freemium tier like this does.

Nextiva Business Phone Service

We found Nextiva to be a superior product compared to Vonage. While a larger company, the features, and infrastructure were not as desirable as Nextiva. We also heard word-of-mouth reviews that pushed us to believe that Nextiva was going to be a better performer than Vonage, and so far, our experience has proven true.

Return on Investment

  • CloudTalk has crippled our customer support team. The return on investment has basically been upset customers because they can't get through to us for assistance because the app and CloudTalk servers are constantly down.

  • The unlimited calling and faxing, possibility to do audio or video calls, conference bridge and customizations makes this application an outstanding way to maintain fixed low calling costs.
  • Having everybody available at an internal call makes possible as many calls as necessary in order to finish the task.
  • Call logs add for better supervision when personnel is not in the same location.
