We are an Independent Insurance Agency and we use Nextiva Business Phone Service for our agency. Their service is reliable and user friendly, in addition to being reasonably priced.

We selected Nextiva Business Phone Service due to the features offered and the cost associated with it. The ability to add users and equipment costs vs other VOIP Service Providers. It works very well for us and we have been very pleased with their service and support staff, sales staff when needed. We have recommended their service to others in our industry.

We have had great service with Nextiva Business Phone Service and it is reliable and reasonably priced for the offered features. User Friendly and minimal issues. We are able to control most of the set up for new users and or new phones when needed. Only would like to see the app - Nextiva One be enhanced with more features than it currently has.

Using Nextiva Business Phone Service

5 - Insurance Agents, Agency Owner, Customer Service Reps and Management
1 - Operations Manager does all the setup, implementation, and training for the Nextiva VOIP Phones. All our employees have voip phones from Nextiva Business Phone Service and a few different types. Everyone has learned quickly and have not had any issues with the service. It is very user friendly and works very well for our agency.

Its user friendly, easy to use and has been very reliable. We have nothing but good things to say about our service with Nextiva Business Phone Service. When needed their support team has always resolved any and all issues one way or another. They have been helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The features vs the cost is wonderful compared to other service providers.

We are a small business that needed reliable service, user friendly phones and a reasonable cost to get set up and going. As we grow we add a user and device and continue to renew our contract with them due to our satisfaction thus far. We have had great service with Nextiva Business Phone Service and will continue with them.
No we have nothing but great things to say about Nextiva Business Phone Service. They have been wonderful and helpful when needed. They offer a great product at a reasonable cost and we have been very satisfied with their service. As we grow our business and add users and devices they are more than fair in the pricing and support for their service.

Nextiva Business Phone Service Implementation

No was done by Agency Owner and was done with the help of Nextiva Support and Sales team. Went very well and has been working great since then. Was originally only two phones and then we continue to add to that. We did not have any reported issues and was a great experience for our Agency and Small Business.

Nextiva Business Phone Service Support

Every time we have contacted their support department either via phone call, chat message feature or even email, they have resolved all our issues. We had one issue with a phone that they were not able to fix and they sent us a replacement phone immediately and the replacement phone was ready to go when added to the network and only had to assign the user to the new device.

I am not aware of a premium support program or product. We have just a normal support agreement with their service and we have always been helped when needed in a timely fashion. We use the Chat Feature a lot so we can multitask and it's been great. I save the support "log" for future reference and can sometimes fix an issue myself if it's a settings issue, etc.
Can not isolate it to just one time. I have received exceptional support on most of the support issues I have reported and needed assistance with. I have not received a bad tech support technician or employee to date. I have worked with Tech Support, Billing Dept and Sales and all employees have been friendly, knowledgeable and great thus far.

Using Nextiva Business Phone Service

Is a very user Friendly, easy VOIP System and Service. Phones are easy to learn and use and we have a few different types of phones in our Agency. When needed we add a user and assign to a device and with in a few minutes its up and running. The training for a new user is very quick as most of the features are obvious to understand.

Yes - They have Nextiva One which is an app that can be used to call and or receive an incoming phone call. The app also has other features like chat etc. We use it sometimes but its there when needed. They have been adding and enhancing it recently and it continues to get better with each update.
