Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service as our main phone system. We replaced 3 land lines that we getting more expensive and the sound quality was getting worse. The sound quality with Nextiva Business Phone Service is far superior and the monthly bill is about 80% less than what we were paying for our land lines.

I think Nextiva Business Phone Service is a great phone system. Calls can be taken on a computer, desk phone, of routed to your cell phone. We have a receptionist answer the phone and she seamlessly transfers calls to the appropriate person.

1 - Nextiva Business Phone Service customer support is very good. You do not need to have much skill to support it on your own with their help.

  • We now have an automated answering setup after hours that we did not have before.
The cost, call quality, and ease of use make it a very easy decision to renew with Nextiva.

After cost, ease of use was the most important requirement for our solution. Everyone in the office had to be able to use the solution regardless of the level of comfort and knowledge of technology. Nextiva fit the criteria perfectly.
When I first began the process, Nextiva Business Phone Service was not even on my radar. I was looking at 2 other services. I was almost ready to make a decision when someone suggested I look at Nextiva Business Phone Service. Once I did, I never looked back. If I had is to over again, I definitely would have given Nextiva Business Phone Service a look from the very begining.

Nextiva Business Phone Service Implementation

Nextiva Business Phone Service assigned an on-boarding team to help me implement the phone system. They asked me a few question about how we would be using the system and set everything to meet our implementation. They also took care of porting our phone number from our previous phone company so we could still use them with Nextiva Business Phone Service. The process was fast and painless.
Change management was minimal

I did not purchase premium support. Nextiva Business Phone Service is pretty easy to set up and the standard customer support was more than up to the challenge of helping me with the few issues I had.
Nextiva Business Phone Service support has always been exceptional so far. I had purchased an analog adapter for our paging system. The adapter did not work. Nextiva Business Phone Service customer support worked with me to try and get the adapter working remotely. When they were unsuccessful, the sent me a replacement and now I'm up and running.

Using Nextiva Business Phone Service

Nextiva Business Phone Service system is very usable. We have desk phones, that were included at no cost. The function just as one would expect from an office phone system. I can also answer my calls from my PC and even on my cell phone if I have to leave the office.

Yes - The mobile interface works great. Easy to take calls on my cell phone, see whose calling, and view my call history in the mobile app.

Nextiva Business Phone Service Reliability

We have not yet needed top scale up our phone system yet, but I can tell that it will be very quick and effortless to do so when the need arises.
We have not yet experienced any issues the Nextiva Business Phone Service availability. It has always worked as needed.
Nextiva Business Phone Service performance is great. The call quality is much better than our old analog land lines at a fraction of the cost.
