If your organization relies on outbound leads through cold calling, this is a great tool for you. ConnectAndSell definitely made the associate's jobs easier at our company and allowed them to produce greater output than they could have done manually without such a tool. This tool is less appropriate if cold calling isn't a big part of your company's lead generation efforts.

GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

  • The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
  • You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
  • You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.

  • One thing that's been difficult about Connect and Sell is some people can tell you've been patched through so if you can work past the initial conversation it ends up working great.
  • The system has worked great with outreach which we've integrated our contacts directly into the system. Because of this the connection between outreach and connect and sell don't always communicate calls and metrics which are crucial for us to know conversion rates.
  • We had a hard time getting the system implemented quickly and working the way we wanted it to. Because of the implementation specialist we were working with problems weren't solved quickly rather they were worked through quickly however they were solved.

  • The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
  • Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
  • GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.

I have had a few support calls with their people. They are totally reachable and helpful, sharing screens, controlling my screen, showing why things happened, not just correcting it. If you have an issue with the software, let them help. They are there for you, and they are friendly, accessible, and happy to do their job.

The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced and resolve them asap.

  • Being able to engage prospects who have not signed the contract as quickly as you would have liked them is a huge plus.
  • Being able to see how long the prospect has viewed certain parts of a proposal or contract is a massive added on value.
