If you have an in-house expert, then this product, due to its customization abilities, is a great choice for a CRM. However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. One such case is building out team dashboards for real-time reporting.

Outreach

Outreach is incredible for sales and CS. It really makes it easy to keep track of your progress and processes with accounts, view history of communications, (literally) outreach to them via email and phone, bulk email, take call notes, record calls. You can purchase a phone number and I've never had an issue with the VOIP. Call quality is great and I love being able to see when people open up emails, read emails, click links etc. It makes following up after webinars really easy and methodical.

  • Customization: We have heavily customized the system. Creatio has been excellent in helping build requirements & see these through to implementation.
  • The system is really easy to use. Users pick it up & love it immediately.
  • Support is superb: If we have any issues or want to change the system at all, the team is always there helping by being fast, efficient & friendly
  • Cost: Definitely competitive.

  • Organization - I know when to make calls/emails/LinkedIn connections without having to overthink anything.
  • Alignment - the colleagues I work with on my accounts can keep tabs on my activity so there is no redundancy or overcommunication.
  • Ease of use - all my contacts are in one place, and sending automated emails I have built in my sequences give me so much time back in my day.

  • Having more marketplace solutions that add to the system’s functionality would be great.
  • We look forward to further enhancements in ML (even though Creatio already has some AI-powered solutions in place).
  • We would also like to see some improvements to the customer portal.

  • Triggers can be a little tricky to figure out - some limitations are not intuitive
  • User management through Salesforce feature - our process is to Freeze Salesforce accounts before deactivating them to ensure account/opportunity/contact migrations have fully taken place; Outreach will only remove licenses from deactivated users, which could be frustrating if we were already at our license cap and needed to add more users in that interim.

I would give Creatio all fives, but this software is designed for companies (multiple users, teams, and departments), so my ranking is influenced by feedbacks I heard from sales managers and other personnel working with Creatio. During the process of implementation, there were many issues. It took more than a year to set up everything for everyone. Creatio definitely needs someone within your company to be responsible for implementation tasks (user education, integrations, customization, testing)

Outreach takes some time to learn, it isn't completely intuitive. However, after a week of going through the knowledge panel, our team easily learned Outreach. There are also some things that take time to set up in order for Outreach to be the most effective. The thing I wish was easier to use would be their Chrome extension. Overall though, I would give Outreach's overall usability a high schore.

Support is really good. Maybe it is because we had a dedicated support manager. But still, all issues were resolved timely. There were too many at the beginning, but now when we solved most of the problems we contact our support manager mostly before the updates. We have a testing platform to test all updates.

The support for Outreach has been good. I do not come across a lot of issues in my daily use of Outreach that requires me to reach out to support so I assume that support is continually improving and reducing the areas where support may be required. It is a very error-prone tool.

The system’s UI, rich functionality, and a great potential for scalability made the system stand out among other vendors. It is a fully-fledged solution that allowed us to work with customer data way more efficiently and improve our processes on a regular basis.

Outreach

Groove only allows for a certain amount of "flows" to be created. Also, when connecting it to your Gmail, Groove doesn't show how many times someone has opened the email or who opened it. We switched from Outreach to Groove, then back again.

  • bpm'online is a bit pricey, so utilizing it in place of other tools to help on your ROI is important.
  • Users are seeing the value of a consolidated information source and buy-in is quicker than it was with Salesforce or GoldMine.
  • The automation of internal notifications when particular fields are marked has increased productivity and decreased human error overall.

  • The huge positive impact it had was the team not needing to spend as much time as disengaged opps as they were engaged ones. We were able to set sequences to work with them while the team could focus on generating new leads or converting Opps.
  • For an AE - post demo communication is important. With templates and snippets we could just click a few buttons and have a really nice email sent out with the relevant information and then the next several steps already planned out. This freed up time for us and even allowed us to take calls a lot sooner after demo's then before. For busy days this was very helpful.
