Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach for everyday use. To track emails, to send email blasts. Literally for every aspect in our business. It is easy as we used desired templates and can share it across the teams. It addresses problems like having a unison of emails sent, tracking emails sent, one what date and if its replied to.
Pros
- Tracking emails
- Having one stop shop for all email templates
- Check the efficiency of the team
- Number of emails sent, bounced, etc
Cons
- Sometimes there is a technical bug but that gets fixed in a few minutes
- Reports can be more detailed
- Through these reports we can track revenue
- Pipeline can be tracked
- Tasks can be managed
We use it as it gives us a detailed email of what is to be sent, with templates that helps us to replicate our peers work. We do not need to reinvent the wheel. Our external clients are used to the similar verbiage and hence having a similar team excellence.
Honestly I have not used any tool that is as efficient as Outreach. The other one I used, it took forever for me to understand how do I put an email together, how to look for past templates. Outreach is by far the best, highly recommend it to all users who have huge organizations.

Using Outreach
400 - it helps us to create email templates and send bulk emails to agencies and advertisers respectively. It helps us to plan ahead.
It helps us to track the two way engagement with our agencies, and thus understand how good is the relationship. Outreach also helps to understand details like opted out advertisers so we do not reach out again

400 - There is no type of skill required to support outreach. Once someone is trained on it, all we have to do is use the tool. It is pretty straight forward. Please let me know if there is anything else you wanted me to cover. Outreach is used on daily basis in our organization

Evaluating Outreach and Competitors

- Ease of Use
Its very well integrated with gmail and salesforce, thats why i like it We can generate reports easily. You can track what work is done by seeing the backend. How many emails was sent etc. How many were not responded. Its easy to use as well. We can make different use of it in our org
i would not change a thing. i am happy with it, i would recommend other organisations to use it instead.
