If you're looking to find new sales/customer contacts and are not a fan of complete "cold calling", Leadfeeder is a great source for finding those contacts or companies which may benefit you as they're clearly already looking at you. It weeds out half of the footwork for you.
LeadGenius is great for any company that has very specific, niche leads they need to generate (like we do). If you have a broader audience, I would recommend using a simpler, cheaper platform that simply scrapes LInkedIn for some keywords you've entered. For us, we need specific titles from specific types of companies (i.e. software companies that could use an email API).
LeadLander is great for sales reps who are looking for additional insights when attempting to get the right message to the right audience at the right time via the right medium. Nevertheless, the tool is basically fairly simplistic in terms of what you get. Data is delivered via email and can be tailored in terms of frequency and territory, but the overall information presented is fairly simple. The links to websites visited and accompanying information pertaining to frequency and duration are incredibly helpful. Nevertheless, if you have a lot of users visiting sites that utilize a free version of your tool, care is required to ensure that your messaging is not falling on deaf ears. Overall, the tool is very useful for accomplishing awareness of baseline insights pertaining to prospective clientele visiting your company's website in order to craft more meaningful messaging.
Research Quality versus invested Time is absolutely efficient and motivating. Quick Research or Standard Alerts, both are done easily with instant results.
Usability of the User Interface in any of the modules is very supportive. New Team members are trained in short time. Very much self-explaining.
The connectivity between the modules is great and saves time. Each module has its key topic, but in Connection with the other modules this practical tool turns out to be even smarter more and powerful.
LeadGenius has gone out of their way to help us find leads for fairly obscure markets. LeadGenius combines AI with personal vetting to find hundreds and thousands of leads for us that other automated lead gen platforms that simply scrape LinkedIn or the web cannot find.
If you need any custom work done for you outside of the platform, LeadGenius is willing to help with that where other platforms are not (with other lead gen platforms, either you use the system as-is despite it's shortcomings, or not at all).
Leadlander has an excellent database of IP addresses. Often the address is registered to some unknown cable company but leadlander seems to identify them.
Leadlander is well designed and intuitive to use.
Leadlander captures page data and referral that we wouldn't otherwise have.
Leadfeeder has basic lead Tagging capabilities and some native integrations. It would be great to see more lead Activity Tracking and integration capabilities that sync with sales tools so a team could hypothetically keep their eyes on Leadfeeder-only while updating the CRM/sales tool.
The platform loads a little slowly and has little quirks. If you create a ton of segments, it can be hard to organize them. If you archive old ones you can't view them anymore (but Leadgenius has access on the backend and can send your data to you).
Leadfeeder is the best anonymous visitor tracking software platform that I've ever used. Sitting as a layer on top of Google Analytics, the tool consistently provides us with accurate intelligence of what our hottest prospects are looking at while visiting our site. The Leadfeeder customer support is top notch and the company is always coming out with new updates that further improve the technology. On top of all of this, Leadfeeder integrates with Slack and our CRM, allowing me to continue to do my job without having to switch between various platforms throughout the day.
Currently, we have not went out to look for another tool because we are happy with LeadLanders' performance. If we were to be approached by any of their competitors, we would look to investigate the difference and similarities between the tools. In the past, we used a tool that provided images and steps taken to show the route a prospect takes and I found that to be very interesting.
Always found the system super intuitive to use. I've never been stuck finding what I'm looking for and the team has some very clear and easy to understand documentation online.
Leadfeeder is very easy to set up, use, and maximize functionality. It is also easy to train. Other tools have a higher cost of acquisition and ownership. Plus, the customer support and training are helpful and very accessible! It's great for small to mid-market businesses.
ActOn also provides website analytics, however if we have a contact in our CRM - it will tell us each morning if that specific contact visited our website rather than just a company name. It is interesting to note that both ActOn and Leadlander often have different results and companies. I'm not sure why there is a discrepancy, however overall, both tools are fairly comparable.
It has helped support us to understand our market and if our website is properly communicating to and providing value to that market
We currently do not have the sales staff to go after potentially qualified organizations that visit the site but don't convert but it is a strategy we will employ at some point.
LeadGenius has been one of the main sources of leads for us over the past 6 months. There's a longer lead nurture cycle (since they're cold, outbound leads as opposed to inbound), but they do convert to customers for us.
Our Demand Generation team primarily uses this tool and has been wildly successful! Their entire office area is covered in wins, including amounts. One of the larger deals found on LeadLander was 4.2 million. A current opportunity is set at 2.5 million. I think the ROI speaks for itself with those deals.
