Likelihood to Recommend Demandbase is a must have at our company. From an advertising standpoint it has allowed us to scale our ABM strategies and exceed benchmarks in our display ads. Our sales users are spending less time researching accounts and more time selling as Demandbase makes it easy for them to get alerted when accounts are showing intent and engagement with our business. I'm looking forward to the release of the multiple account journey product update, which will allow us to see how accounts are engaging with our other product areas and where we are missing the mark with engaging with those accounts who may be showing buyer signals with a particular GTM
Read full review I've recommended INFUSEmedia to colleagues in the past, primarily in situations where teams are looking to generate lead volume and either struggling to achieve that volume or looking to diversify the partners and channels that they run with. Based on my own experience, I have typically recommended INFUSEmedia for B2B teams as the contexts that I have worked with INFUSEmedia have been for that sector of clients. I would be less likely to recommend for B2C clients as my understanding is not that INFUSEmedia would be a good fit for that type of strategy.

Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign. Person-based ad targeting, they are one of the only platforms that offers this which is a game changer. Overall happy with the product Read full review If you can not integrate the leads into your CRM, they come over in batches and merging and distributing can be tricky. When we have used them to help drive registration for events, they get a lot of sign ups but, way more no shows than the industry average. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

Read full review Usability Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.

Read full review Support Rating I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.
Read full review The team is cohesive and efficient. Everyone at INFUSEmedia is happy to help and support regardless of our account owner to resolve any new queries or issues that may arise. The communication is second to none and we don't have a long wait before we receive a response to last minute requests, which is imperative in the ever changing atmosphere of agency.

We also leverage in-platform advertising a lot for our targeted account approach and Demandbase has an exceptional platform for this use case. The most impactful difference was the relationship we have with our account team and how they continually ensure our success.
