Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

We have worked with INFUSEmedia on a variety of content syndication campaigns across several clients to drive validated, guaranteed lead volume. These programs have been crucial components of our lead generation strategies for clients and have served to build client confidence in achievable lead volume within a given flight based on INFUSEmedia's ability to guarantee leads. Our campaigns have ranged in scope and budget, with some reflecting initial testing with light investment and a focus on efficient pricing and others being complex, high budget campaigns focused on nurturing the audience with multiple touchpoints. I've found the INFUSEmedia team to be very flexible and supportive in exploring and customizing options based on a client's specific needs for a given campaign to ensure client satisfaction and a strategy that aligns with our goals.

  • I've often had to pitch/sell content syndication to clients who have very limited understanding of what it is or how it works. My INFUSEmedia team has been helpful in creating collateral as needed to support this but I think additional, standard resources in the INFUSEmedia library could be helpful
  • INFUSEmedia significantly increased our overall lead volume (ie able to produce 5000 leads/month when other channels were struggling to generate more then a few hundred) at far more efficient CPLs (Cost-Per-Lead)
  • Our clients have given positive feedback on lead quality and wrap reports that INFUSEmedia has provided to our team had provided further insight into the companies, job levels, etc. that our leads are tied to, further validating their quality and alignment with our desired targeting
The INFUSEmedia team is highly responsive, typically replying to any messages within an hour - If they need additional time to confirm an answer or pull together requested collateral, they are communicative in the meantime, confirming receipt and/or feasible timeline for delivery. After providing answers or materials, they're consistent in following up to check in to see if additional support is needed.
I've found INFUSEmedia to have more diverse and customizable versions of content syndication than other partners that we have considered and run with. Their pricing is competitive and the value adds they have provided for certain strategies have further helped them to stack up well against the competition. Additionally, their team has been enjoyable to work with on a day to day basis given their level of support and responsiveness.

I've recommended INFUSEmedia to colleagues in the past, primarily in situations where teams are looking to generate lead volume and either struggling to achieve that volume or looking to diversify the partners and channels that they run with. Based on my own experience, I have typically recommended INFUSEmedia for B2B teams as the contexts that I have worked with INFUSEmedia have been for that sector of clients. I would be less likely to recommend for B2C clients as my understanding is not that INFUSEmedia would be a good fit for that type of strategy.
