I like Dooly better than Clari. Clari was slower to update, although it does have a forecasting component. For my personal use case though, I love Dooly because I'm not using it for forecasting in my current role.
[Dooly.AI] makes it super easy to update fields and attach notes to Salesforce objects. Quip has more features like slides, project management templates, emojis, etc. [Dooly.AI] has fewer features, but is more robust with them.
Gong is ultimately superior with its product offerings and the service that it can provide to the team. Its functionality, ease of use, simple user interface, and accessibility has been proven superior over the other products. My organization has been using Gong since the start …
Good: Anyone who has to update SFDC daily, should be using Dooly. It's the only place you should be looking at to house your comments, and notes, move around accounts and update your pipeline. It's just so so so much easier Bad: If you need to move complex deals. The tool is meant to be really simple, and so I have a feeling if you have a super complex version of SFDC, it's gonna be hard to pull off.
I think that it's excellent for any company, mainly growing and scaling up start-ups. For smaller startups, it can be kind of complicated in terms of cost, but if any company could invest in it, I suggest they do it.
It’s a unique and automated way to improve your sales process while keeping your sales team sharp with real-time feedback. It’s amazing for call centers with a lot of users. Gong helps centralize sales functions and gives managers more control over the process and conversations. Highlighting key points that are usually missed in conversation and deal management.
I give them a 10 because, I have been using Gong for over a year now and have never had issues or concerns go un resolved in a day or two. Their communication is impeccable and their tech support is very hands on and prompt
Scratchpad has a limit on the number of syncs but when you go to the paid version, it is cheaper. Dooly is also a much higher funded company and has a larger pool of customers. The premium version does offer more features in terms of collaboration than Scratchpad. Scratchpad benefits by having a native UI within your existing browser
Our reps preferred Gong; they were more familiar with it and found it easier to use. Gong was more expensive by far, and there were many more affordable options on the market, but at the time, we also considered switching costs and decided to stay with Gong. The mobile app was also a factor in this decision.
Incredible time savings! I easily save at least an hour a week by using Dooly.
We have more information on accounts and opportunities as we transition accounts to new teammates, so this saves time and ultimately helps us make more money.
Time savings on email recaps and meeting notes; fully automated if you let the team lean into these features!
It saves me time from having to attend every client call, especially since most of my team is 3 hours ahead of me, so I have limited time to join their calls to begin with.
Specific feedback about a moment vs. generic feedback.
