I like that it easily captures the data we need. There are calculator options, so it's best for our petty cash or overtime request, and the date options are best for our leave applications.
It has more features than Google or Microsoft Forms, which could make it a bit more complicated for those who have gotten used to the simplicity of both Google or Microsoft.

Even if you cannot afford to pay for a Form builder, along with your CRM, i would strongly recommend Zoho Forms as it has the best mobile app as compared to other tools. The form submission notifications in the form of app notification, email or SMS is a very strong feature of Zoho Forms as well as other features like integration with other apps and form approval feature. However if you have 3 users for the free version of Zoho, only one of them will be able to use Zoho Forms which turns out to be a negative point of this app.

  • I understand that jotform is a business but I wish you had a little higher capacity limits on the free version
  • The paid versions are a little pricey. Would be great if it was not a reoccurring monthly charge but rather a one time fee for the paid versions.
  • I wish i could get notification emails sent to more that one email address on the free version

The user interface and user experience is outstanding, seems like a lot of hard work has been put into it by the design, development and product teams. The fonts used are optimal, the icons and menu bars are well placed, the colors are very friendly to the eye and the standard white background is beautifully adjusted to the user expectations. The sliders are well designed and you can easily find whatever menu/option/feature you are looking for without much hassle.

I honestly have not used the support feature with Jotform. From what I can see when I look information up, everything I want to do something that I can't figure out myself it seems to not be a possible solution or edit that Jotform is currently capable of.

Typeform is better hands down [in my opinion]. It's not even a comparison as [I feel] JotForm doesn't work properly and [from my experience I think] their support is very problematic. I would suggest using Typeform or using GravityForms as an alternative to JotForm. Whatever you do, [I feel you shouldn't] depend on JotForm for something that is important to your business or research project.

I chose this software because it is very well integrated with other Zoho products which I am using. Apart from this it has mobile applications also which allows me to use this software from my mobile devices when I am traveling for work. Its mail merge feature is also one of the important reason to choose this software.

  • While struggling to use another software, I thought of Jotform and it was able to assist me with collating the data I had to confirm results previously obtained.
